Responsible Supply Chains – Social, Environmental and Ethical Responsibility

Our policy outlines Tronhill’s commitment to responsible supply chain management, including human rights, labour standards, environmental responsibility and anti-corruption.

Responsible supply chains General terms and conditions of supply

Whistleblower channel

We are committed to conducting our business responsibly, ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

To support this commitment, we have established a Whistleblower Mechanism that provides employees, business partners and other stakeholders with a safe channel to report suspected serious misconduct, violations of laws, unethical behaviour, corruption, fraud, human rights violations, environmental concerns or other matters that may have a significant negative impact.

Reports can be submitted confidentially and, where permitted, anonymously.

All reports are handled with appropriate confidentiality and are investigated in accordance with our internal Whistleblower Routine.

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation.

How to report

If you wish to report a concern or suspected misconduct, please contact:

E-mail: sales@tronhill.com

Reports should contain sufficient information to enable the matter to be assessed and investigated, including what happened, where and when it occurred, and any available supporting documentation.

We encourage anyone with a reasonable basis to believe that serious misconduct or a violation has occurred to report it through the available reporting channel.
